high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and
conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services and products. Our

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service or

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms
2.1 Software Development & Custom Projects
- Initial
Deposit/Advance Payment: For custom software development, web
development, or other project-based services, an initial deposit or
advance payment is typically required. This deposit is generally non-refundable
once work has commenced or significant resources have been allocated to
your project, including but not limited to, initial consultations,
requirement gathering, design mock-ups, or code development.
- Project
Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a project after work has
begun but before completion, any refund will be determined based on the
amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of
cancellation. We reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment to
cover costs such as time spent, materials, third-party services, and
administrative fees.
- Project
Non-Delivery/Failure to Meet Agreed Specifications: If Indian Tech
Corporation fails to deliver the agreed-upon software or service as per
the signed agreement and specifications, and after reasonable attempts to
rectify the issue, a pro-rata refund or full refund may be issued,
depending on the circumstances and the extent of non-delivery. This will
be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 IT Consulting & Advisory Services
- Hourly/Project-Based
Consulting: For consulting services billed hourly, refunds are
generally not provided for hours already spent. For project-based
consulting, the refund terms will be similar to those for software
development (Section 2.1), based on milestones achieved and resources
utilized.
- Cancellation
of Scheduled Sessions: If you cancel a scheduled consulting session
with less than 24 hours' notice, the session may be charged in full, and
no refund will be issued for that specific session.
2.3 Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content
Marketing)
- Monthly
Retainer Services: Digital marketing services are typically provided
on a monthly retainer basis. Refunds are generally not provided for
the current month's service once the service period has commenced.
Cancellation for future months usually requires a 30-day written notice.
- Performance-Based
Services: For services where payment is tied to specific performance
metrics, refund terms will be explicitly defined in the service agreement.
- Setup
Fees: Any initial setup fees for digital marketing campaigns are
generally non-refundable.
2.4 Web Hosting & Domain Registration
- Web
Hosting:
- Annual/Long-Term
Plans: A refund may be issued for the unused portion of an annual or
long-term web hosting plan if cancelled within the first 30 days of
service, excluding any setup fees or domain registration costs. After 30
days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term.
- Monthly
Plans: Monthly hosting plans are generally non-refundable once the
month has commenced.
- Domain
Registration: Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable
once the domain has been registered, as these are third-party costs
incurred immediately.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must
generally be met:
- The
refund request must be submitted within the specified timeframe for the
particular service (if applicable).
- The
reason for the refund must fall within the scope of this policy or a
specific service agreement.
- Any
services rendered or resources utilized will be deducted from the
refundable amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items/Situations
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services
that have been fully rendered or completed.
- Third-party
costs, such as domain registration fees, SSL certificates, software
licenses, or stock photography purchased on your behalf.
- Any
setup fees, administrative fees, or transaction charges?

are provided at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional offer.
- Refunds
are requested due to a change of mind or circumstances unrelated to the
quality or delivery of our services.
